Alexandra Watt is a Los Angeles-based writer and director. She most recently worked as a staff writer on Amazon’s The Appalachian. Previously, she served as Amy Seimetz’s assistant, getting her start on Season 2 of STARZ’s The Girlfriend Experience and later assisting in the production of She Dies Tomorrow and The Idol. As a filmmaker, she has written and directed two short films – PLEASE and SCAVENGER – which explore themes of desire, identity, and emotional sabotage. Originally from Houston, Texas, Alexandra studied journalism and sociology at the University of Georgia in Athens.
